Obviously we all know sunbeds are bad, but I wish someone had told me that skin damage from the sunbeds can take up to 30 years to affect you (a mutated cell may remain dormant for 30 years before becoming cancerous!). Never using them again!

To moisturise all the time, day and night even if your tired,I swear my mum kept that under wraps with her baby soft skin

The best bit of beauty advice I was given when I was younger was to always take my make up off before I went to bed - a pretty simple one but try it once and see the mess lol x enter me please my lovely xx

I wish I had been given the advice to only use the 3 step skincare system! I used to use so many different products and quite abrasive ones too! It really did not do any wonders for my skin. Cleanse any more than twice and I found it really dried out my skin!

*Enter me please!* xxx

Ah crap... forgot the advice, I was that excited! I wish I would have been told the importance of removing my make up before bed every night. I used to sleep in it all the time :( and so regret it now.

Best advice was not to get obsessed with being tanned. Slap on the sunscreen SPF15 minimum.

I wish I had gotten into natural and organic skincare earlier rather than using tons of stuff with chemical nasties in *cough* Loreal *cough* ;). I wish I started a proper natural skincare regime in my teens.

my piece of advice would have been to be told that the area of skin around the eyes is sensitive (i did not know that) and to always remove makeup when you you go to bed xx

A piece of advice I wish i'd been given was that I should always try to aim for natural bathing/pampering products as they are best for my skin. When I was younger, I used to use harsh products that triggered a mild form of eczemea. If i had been using natural products, I wouldn't have had that problem!

Simple: to properly wash your face with a cleanser then moisturise, I only started getting into the routine of this when i was 17!

To wear suncream always even in winter on my face, to drink lots of water and use moisturiser.
Sorry these three were the ones my mum went on and on about, wish I had taken it on board more.

Thanks for this fab giveaway.

I WISH someone had told me not to overpluck my eyebrows...(oh, same as above!), it's taken me YEARS to grow them back, and they still don't resemble anything that I can morph into a nice shape!

Enter me hun, fab contest :) xxx

When I was younger I wish someone would have told me not to use pure alcohol on my face... I don't even know where I got that obviously stupid idea but I did it for a few month and it wrecked my skin! I have the scars to prove it!
