Revlon Spring 2010
Revlon have released FIVE new Super Lustrous lipgloss shades which have made my day as I'm a big fan of them.
I have a number of Super Lustrous lipglosses, so I knew what to expect in terms of texture and coverage. I'm pleased that the pigment in the new shades is just enough to show off the colour in the tube, but still true to the Super Lustrous forumula which enables you to layer them easily over lipsticks aswell as wear alone when you want a natural gloss for the lips without being OTT.
The shades scream "Buy me!!" and if you don't believe me, then take a look for yourself and see how adorable they look in reality!
Top marks to Revlon for working that pastel trend to its full potential. I think all five shades will work across the board, as there's something for everybody. Amazingly all four shades looked fab on my MAC NC50 skintone so I'm a very happy ligloss lover right now. The fifth shade appears to be a cherry red, but since I don't have that, I can't really say for sure. I do however, own a few Super Lustrous reds and can say that they're not 'full on' when applied at all, so don't be scared to try that aswell as the candy shades.

They also have a new four shade palette in the collection which I wasn't sold on at first sight as I didn't think the colours would be particularly flattering on my skintone.
However after a bit of swatching, I'm come to the conclusion that I can work with the 2nd shade (which is a dupe for MAC Clube e/s) and the fourth, which has has soft orange/apricot hues and maybe the 1st which is a soft blue-grey. I think these will also look good on tanned/olive skintones too. The soft blue-grey, baby pink and brown/green duochrome eyeshadow will work if you're on the pale side.
The two nail polishes Minted (mint green) and Lilac Pastelle (lilac), will no doubt sell just as well as Revlon's Plum Night which got many of us into a frenzy. I'll personally be buying Minted as soon as I clap eyes on it.
The Spring collection will be available nationwide across the UK on March 10th and launched in the U.S in May 2010, so international gals you can check out these candy delights shortly.
Revlon Photoready foundation, as reported by a few bloggers, has already made an appearance in larger Boots stores in the UK, and will be stocked in all branches as of the 10th so if it hasn't made an appearance in your nearest branch yet, fear not.

The lipglosses are gorgeous! I'll definitely be picking up lilac pastelle and coral reef, possibly pink petal too :)The brighter pink one is just as nice but I have far too many brighter pink glosses! xx
I'm loving then Peach Petal and Pink Pop glosses! I've won the lilac polish in a Grazia competition so I'll be putting up pics when it arrives, I can't wait!

I just phoned my little sister and my nail polish has arrived, will be popping to my Mum's to collect it then swatches galore! I'm defo going to the Revlon outlet shop near me this Friday to pick up some of those glosses if they're similar to the Chanel ones!

Those glosses remind of MAC cremesheens. The coral color looks the way I wanted 'richer lusher' to look like from the Too Fabulous collection. I may just skip out on the MAC & get these:)
