I'm not around at the moment so my blog has all but come to a halt but I'll update as and when I get a chance - probably when I'm being ignored by the beau in favour for the play-offs. In my haste to pack my suitcase and get the hell out of here, I actually missed my blogiversary!! I may as well just jump off Brooklyn Bridge now!
I'm 6 days too late, which has ruined my plans for a fifteen paragraph Oscar style speech telling you all that I love you and wake up in the morning for the sole purpose of updating my blog!
On a serious note though, thank you for all the support so many of you have shown towards Vex in the City over the past year. Beauty blogging has changed a LOT since I joined in on the fun, but Twitter bitchiness, jealousy and PR related drama aside (Ahhh there's nothing quite like the world of beauty blogging - and a lot of you know EXACTLY what I mean by that!), I like to think that those of you who read my blog regularly do so because you enjoy it - nothing more, nothing less.
I'm truly thankful for the interaction so many of you go out of your way to have with me on my posts. Your comments really do make the swatching, editing, watermarking and uploading worthwhile and I know dozens of you know just how time consuming, not to mention brain numbing that can be!
Oh I must give a little mention to the haters too, it's all love traffic, so keep clicking back for a sneaky read - I see you, even though you'd rather swallow razor blades than admit that your bitch asses click to see what I'm writing about!!
I'll be holding a belated blogiversay giveaway when I get back, so if you know what's good for you, you better follow my blog now (if you're not already) and save me the trouble of telling you to later! With Sephora 15 mins away and discounts galore for my taking at The Makeup Show NYC this weekend, there'll be some much desired beauty goodies in the mix!

Oh what a shame anon misconstrued your point. You are right, the blogosphere has changed for ever but to be honest it was always going to.
