What's In YOUR Bathroom?

Here's what's residing in my shower at the moment and is currently on rotation ...

1. No 7 Luxurious Foaming Shower Oil (£8.75 /250ml) - I had high hopes for this, but it's left me disappointed. I don't like the scent of argan and grapeseed oils and I have to use far more than I should for one application, in order to get it to lather up properly. On a brighter note, I love the packaging which looks swish in the bathroom and it does moisturise well, even though I'm screwing my nose up as I use it!

2. The Body Shop Sweet Lemon Shower Gel (£6 /250ml) - Now on my third bottle, I've heaped praise on this in previous posts and for good reason. Fresh, sharp and zingy, I love this new addition to The Body Shop's shower gels and it will always be a repeat purchase. I love the scent it leaves behind long after I've stepped out of the shower. Love love LOVE it!

3. The Body Shop Coconut Bath Shower Gel/Creme (£6 /250ml)  - This is much thicker and creamier (no rude jokes please) than the usual formula of shower gels from The Body Shop. I've found this to be extremely moisturising and as a big lover of coconut scents this is right up my street. This doubles up for use in the bath too but the bubbles are rather lacklustre when thrown into my tub, so I stick to using this in the shower, where it excels.

4. Aromatherapy Associates Revive Body Wash £20 /200ml) - Hmmm my least favourite Aromatherapy Associates product that I've tried so far. It contains neroli, pink grapefruit and bergamot but its scent is less impressionable in comparison to The Body Shop Sweet Lemon Shower Gel. For the price, I expected something a little more luxurious, and because I really love the other products I've tried from this luxury line I assumed I'd like this too, but it's quite ordinary and dare I say it, the gel itself is rather weak too.

What are YOU currently using in the bathroom?

I'm living with my parents at the moment but although I've only been there for a few weeks (flat is being redecorated, it feels like I've moved back in. I'm lucky (and my family are glad) that I have an en suite because there is tonnes in there.

I've currently got three Molton Brown shower gels on the go, two Original Source gels, a Sanctuary scrub, a Sanctuary Soap, Pears soap and Aveeno moisturiser.

Basically it's a surprise whenever I go in there, Matt has found my stash of stuff and keeps stealing things, the other day I realised I was going to have to start hiding the shower gel to to make sure there was some left!

Great post. That Coconut Shower gel sounds yummy!

I've recently noticed Boots in my Target. I really want to try this line but don't know where to start. Any suggestions hon?

Snap - I've got the Body Shop cocunut shower gel too & it's the only thing I use! The smell is gorgeous and it really leaves your skin feeling soft.

The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't lather up very well so I find myself using more than I need... do you get that problem tooo?

Don't you hate when you buy things & dislike the smell & you gotta use it because you already know you are not throwing it away after it's your money going down the drain!!
