I've been a fan of Lancome mascaras for years and at the height of what was my new obsession at the time, amassed almost all of them within the space of a week - courtesy of trusty Ebay.
The latest addition to their mascara family is Hypnose Star, snapping at the heels of their last mascara release, Hypnose Doll Eyes.
Lancome have enlisted the help of cartoon icon, Betty Boop and Lancome Spokesperson, Daria Werbowy to promote their latest star (geddit? No? Okay....) product.
The new mascara features a clever triangular brush to ensure that every single lash is covered, I think it's pretty decent, separates well and doesn't leave behind smudged eyes after a few hours of wear. I also like the added touch to the packaging, the cluster of glittter at the rear of the tube - cute. It's not my favourite Lancome mascara though, I still prefer Doll Eyes over this.
I'll be teaming it up with my 2011 mascara fave, Beneift They're Real this week to see how they work combined.
How much is it? £21
Where can I get it from? Online, Boots and from Lancome counters in department stores.
