I recently headed down to the Debenhams press day to see what they have in store for us this autumn/winter. I’ve always had a soft spot for Debenhams as my Mum used to work in the flagship store many moon ago and would come home each evening, with a new story to share about what had happened in the store that day.
It was just last Christmas that I fell in love with Debenhams homeware. I stayed instore for well over an hour, taking photos galore of everything that caught my eye.
I took a few snaps of items which caught my eye in both homeware and fashion. Whether you prefer homely looking features from Ashley Thomas or sleek and sophisticated with cool injections of black and silver by Betty Jackson, Debenhams have it covered. I’m loving the Jasper Conran copper-esque pots and pans!
I loved the lingerie it was tres seductive and annoyingly my photos didn’t turn out very well, hence their absence. I have my eye on a few pieces from The Collection which are a guaranteed head-turner!
Winter fashion also sees faux fur, suede and cosy knits making yet another appearance. 70s style a-line skirts and blouses, along with leopard print feature heavily too. I’ll be keeping an eye out for the shawls and across the body bags when they arrive in store.
