UK radio and TV personality, Fearne Cotton is set to release her own range of cosmetics. Showcasing a wide range of products and mixing vintage floral designs and leopard print with edgy skulls thrown in for good measure, Fearne was present at the Boots Christmas event (yeah, I know it’s July), to and personally talk us through the range. I won’t lie, I found it hard to fully concentrate on what she was saying as she was wearing the most gorgeous make up which distracted me.
Nail polishes, eye shadows, double ended liners, lipglosses, brushes, cases and a number of portable magnetic palettes are amongst some of the highlights in the range. I can visualise these selling well over the festive period and the pretty, feminine packaging is bound to be a winner with females of all ages.
Prices range from £8 for a gold shimmer powder to £40 for a huge hat box full of cosmetics goodies. Until you can have a look at it for yourselves, take a quick look at the pics I papped.
The range will be in-store from September 2010.
First impressions?
I saw her tweet about this today and was intrigued to see it. The packaging seems cute, When i saw the tweet i instantly thought ” oh no” but i am surprised xx
Hmm it looks like the kind of thing I will be buying my 14 year old sister to make up the 3 for 2 gifts!
looks a bit cheap =0/ like the 'Goldigga' and 'Chilli Pepper' makeup they bring out at xmas. Looks just how I imagined it to be, what a shame =(
They look cute but I don't think I'm going to be getting anything from the range.
I might change my mind when I swatch some products and see some reviews 😀

Looks cheap, but I'm sure it will make a popular stocking filler over Christmas. I don't expect the line to last much further after that.
Honestly? I immediately thought “That will fit in with the other cheap cosmetics gift sets Boots offers during Christmas!”

I really love Fearne and if I hadn't seen the pics I would have expected a range similar to the Topshop one which mimics her style. I think this looks a bit tacky and is more aimed at younger girls although I can't really comment on the quality so i'd be interested in doing a few swatches.

Hmmm… I kinda like the packaging. Well the picture of the cloxed box ha! but not so keen on the pakaging on the products. Knowing me I'll probably pick up the first set of Nail Polishes though, as the colours do look nice. I can just pretend Im 14 again when Im painting mt nails… it'll be fun!

Hmmmm, I might try it when it's in the January sale for half off. I do like Fearne – But It does look like the cheap chilli pepper stuff, which is a shame.
It's a nice idea, I do like Fearne Cotton but I'm not a fan of multi products in a set though 🙁 x
I think a lot of younger kids and teens will find these under the tree at Christmas, but hardcore make up addicts (like us lot) won't be looking twice at it.

It looks like the brushes from the range are from CVS! Don't you think? I don't think I'll be bothering with this range to be honest. Too girly, not sure about the quality etc etc x
