Inglot Lip Paint Swatches

I had a good look around Inglot in Westfield and picked up these lip paints. At first glance, I thought they looked similar to MAC tinted lip conditioners, but I think they’re far superior as they’re more pigmented for a start, not to mention cheaper too. They’re like a lipstick in a pot as they offer a great amount of pigment! If my memory serves me correctly, I think there were 10 shades to choose from.

I chose:
56 – Bright dolly pink
59 – Lilac
60 – Peachy coral

These look equally great as a blotted lip stain or when applied a little heavier (as worn in my pics) for a brighter burst of colour. They’re not overly sticky when on the lips and don’t dry them out either. In fact, I find them very moisturising and they don’t dry my lips out. Just have a tissue to hand to wipe the excess off your finger when you’re done!

Texture wise, they’re solid to look at, but come off onto your finger easily when you dip into the pot and are a little ‘tacky’ which enables the pigment to spread across your lips easily. I think they’re brilliant. If you don’t want to apply with your finger, you can always carry a lip brush around with you.

Priced £8 each, check them out next time you’re in Inglot.
