A silly idea conjured up with a work colleague last week, to cram our desks with as many nail polishes as possible without drawing unnecessary attention to ourselves, resulted in this rich purple creme from the Espagna collection (Autumn 2009) being resurrected from the shadows.
I always thought it looked a bit ‘blah’ in the bottle, but two coats resemble a vivid aubergine purple (a little less blue based than my photo depicts!). It’s a lovely shade of purple which looks gorgeous in daylight, which may explain why I was less than impressed with how it looked indoors! I’ve abused my hands a lot over the past two days, and its bore the brunt of my carelessness pretty well, resulting in minimal tip wear.
This baby is definitely gonna be rocked repeatedly throughout the colder months. Love it!
This colour looks FAB! I should look into it – I think my hands are tanned enough now – otherwise, it'll just look GOTH.
