I was recently offered the chance to try Colladeen Visage, which is designed to help support normal collagen formation in the skin, and I decided I had nothing to lose. I’ve become obsessed with skincare over the past year and turning 37 soon has made me take my self-care up a notch.

My skincare routine on the whole is okay, and I have some good habits, such as double-cleansing and wearing SPF which I’ve done for a very time time – well, most of the time! I’ve been told I don’t look my age so genetics aside, I can’t be doing too badly but there’s always room for improvement.

Fortunately, it’s never too late to develop better habits that will help your skin!  I’ve been trying out Colladeen Visage supplements from Nature’s Best for the past two months.  I find them simple to use, taking two tablets with a meal (usually breakfast) and I’m good to go.  They are much easier than trying to stick to a healthy diet all the time and the supplements contain everything you need to work wonders on fine lines and wrinkles.

The ingredients within Colladeen Visage include Lutein, niacin, biotin and vitamin C. This combination is designed to help with the normal function of bones, teeth, cartilage, skin and blood vessels. After eight weeks I can see that there has definitely been a difference. My skin appears brighter and plumper, although the latter could be the excess ice cream I’ve been scoffing of late, coming back to haunt me!

I’ve stuck to a really thorough skincare regime for over a year now and I’m seeing the benefits from that so these supplements have helped my skin further, along with an increase in my daily water intake. I feel fairly confident that if I continue with the supplements my skin will remain soft and smooth.  Furthermore, I am rather impressed that a natural SPF of 15 develops after 24 weeks of use and you can never have too much of that, right?

Colladeen Visage retails for £18.95 per 60 tablets,
