I thought I’d showcase my latest blush purchase – Illamasqua Laid. I fell in love with this bright rose pink cream blush months ago, after an impromptu swatching session at my nearest Illamasqua counter, in Selfridges. I finally bought it a couple of weeks ago and here it is.
I like the texture of Illamasqua’s cream blushes, they blend easily, and less is certainly more as they’re quite pigmented. So far I’ve used both my MAC 187 and 131 brushes to apply this but I think I’m gonna see how I get on with my fingers next time. This is my third Illamasqua cream blush purchase (although I’ve since sold one) and the quality has been consistent with all three.

Thats a bright bright pink! It looks great on you, im slightly safe with blushers..i stick to muted rose or peach/corals…but i might give this a shot..

Looks so nice on your skin colour. I am so happy illamasqua blushes are pigmented without having a white base because i get so irritated with milky blushes that look like whiteout under flash lighting!!
@Mehak – Definitely experiment with blush shades if you have a deeper skin tone, you can pull off almost any shade.

Lovely colour, it looks beautiful on you! I have a few of their powder blushes but currently only have two of the cream ones – Sob and Promise. Both fab colours but I wish I'd gone for a different colour family now rather than getting two pinks! I want to try Rude next but really don't need another blusher at this moment in time! xx
