A LOOK AT AROMAWORKS

Aromaworks is a brand I’ve been aware of for a considerable amount of time, I just haven’t got around to taking a closer look at it. Staring with their natural luxury Aromatherapy candles, which launched in 2009, which boasted 100% natural pure essential oils, the brand branched out into skincare in November 2014, when they launched their highly anticipated skincare line for men and women. Aromaworks are proud to guarantee that all skincare and home fragrance products are free from synthetic chemicals, pesticides, are not tested on animals and are safe for the environment.

You know I love a good candle and the Inspire candle from Aromaworks has been my scent of choice for the past few days. A warming fragrance perfect for winter evenings, combing top notes of black pepper and sweet juniper berry with fresh uplifting lime. It also has underlying hints of caramel and geranium. Priced at £32, its maximum burn time is 36 hours.

There is also a smaller and a larger version available, so something to suit all budgets. From the 10cl candles priced at £15.00 with 20 hours burn time, to the large 3 wick candles available for £43.00 with 40 hours burn time – and if candles aren’t your thing there are essential oils, reed diffusers and room mists available too!

The Nourish Face Serum Oil is a rich oil, which is to be applied under moisturiser, although I see no reason why it can’t be used on its own either.  It aims to rejuvenates, soothe, tone and brighten the skin.  Made from a sweet citrus herbal blend of bergamot and soothing lavender, it is complimented blends by floral heart notes of sweet neroli and calming chamomile, finishing with a creamy balsamic woody base of sandalwood.

My skin feels nourished and soft the following morning after use, and it’s quite the treat after a long day. I really enjoyed massaging it in and like that its ingredients are all naturatl. With continued use it improves elasticity, and reduces the signs of wrinkles and ageing. It’s not cheap, priced at £45, but what’s what birthday’s are for!
