I have so much to blog about but not being able (or not knowing) how to upload pics from my camera onto Richaud’s laptop is hindering my progress. I’m not a fan of MacBooks and am most definately a PC damnit!!
Anyhoo I thought I’d complete this while waiting for my dinner to digest so that I can devour the yummy carrot cake in the fridge and also because my ‘dear beloved’ appears far more interested in ‘the game’ than my conversation at the moment.
- What is your current fashion obsession? Statement earrings, graphic/slogan tees and finding the perfect pair of light blue, bleached, rippped (will DIY if necessary) skinnies.
- What is your current makeup obsession? Trying to find the perfect Summer e/s palette. I need to swatch the Estee Lauder Sand & Sea one aswell as check out Sephora’s Moroccan Sunrise offering.
- What are you wearing today? Black velour trackkie bottoms and one of Chaud’s tees. Schexy!
- Hair? A state!
- Do you nap a lot? Only if I’m really tired …or really bored.
- Why is today special? It’s another day of memories I have with Chaud until I fly home 🙁
- What would you like to learn to do? I wish I could do some form of graphic design ..and also speak Spanish.
- What’s for dinner today? Nothin’ spesh, just some penne pasta.
- What are you listening to right now? Basketball commentary on the TV and Chaud shouting randomly. I believe they’re linked.
- What is your favourite weather? Bright, sunny, but no humidity!!
- What’s the last thing you bought? A few bits from MAC yesterday.
- What are your essentials when travelling? A good book, magazines, camera, mp3 player, hair straighteners, head scarf, tweezers, lipbalm, blusher and sweets!
- What’s your style? I like trends, but if it doesn’t suit me, then i keep on movin’!! I’ll dress up a simple outfit of flats and skinnies with a detailed top and statement jewellery. I do like ‘pretty’ girly tops and have a thing for huge bags.
- What’s your most challenging goal right now? Putting the wheels in motion to move to the other side of the world!
- If you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would it be? Erm..lawd, that’s a tough one. I dunno, off the top of my head Miami, Hawaii or The Hamptons!
- Favourite holiday spot? Yet to be discovered …
- Name the things you cannot live without Family & friends go without saying. Makeup, galaxy chocolate, M&S carrot cake, my mum’s jollof rice, Chauds Mum’s macaroni cheese, the internet, my Tweezermans and my silk head scarf that I wear to bed.
- How was your childhood? My parents were strict in my teens but my brother and I wanted for nothing and my parents gave us all the home comforts and treats (within reason) that you want at the age of 10! I have a lot of happy memories, though my teenage years were trying!!
- What would you like to have in your hands right now? A winning lottery ticket.
- What would you like to get rid of? Some weight!
- What are you most excited for? I don’t wanna give too much away, so let’s just say the future and leave it at that 🙂
- If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go and what would you do? I’d go to my best friend’s house to show her the tattoo I got done yesterday.
- Which countries have you visited? Nigeria, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, United States. I plan on visiting a few more before I’m 30.
- What scares you? I hate insects – moths, worms, anything that crawls. Even butterflies make me scream if they come too close to me!!
