A couple of changes

The domain name vexinthecity.com finally became available again on Boxing Day, so I snapped it up before somebody else got click-happy!! After stalking it for 4 months, my perseverance has finally paid off and it’s also perfect timing as I’m in the process of changing my blog template/layout again.

Blogger will automatically redirect you to my new URL so you don’t need to amend anything in order to keep tabs on my blog posts.

Congrats! I wanted to buy a domain, is it just $10 for the year or are there any hidden cost? also is the a minimum contract? Elle x

Congrats!!! I'm keeping a tight grip on my .com domain.

@Elle – In total it cost $12.15 (inc tax). $10 was the cost for a year. I'm guessing you can change your URL at any time afterwards but you “own” the domain for the period it's paid for, the minimum being one year.

well done. I have the .com and .co.uk domains for 2 of my blogs. I just wish I used blogger when I purchased as I have struggled to redirect to the url. Look forward to the new layout.
