My Fave Go-To Nude Lipgloss

When I’m not wearing colour, then I’m sporting a nude lip. It’s easy, goes with everything and requires minimal effort. Look Beauty launched in Superdrug back in 2012 and the one product that I’ll keep repurchasing is their Lip Slick in Buff Shade 2.

It dawned on me last week,  that I’ve reached for this nude lipgloss continuously for over two years, and I’m now using my third tube. It doesn’t cost the earth, suits ALL skin tones and is readily available on your nearest high street.

It’s a mid tone dusky pink which applies smoothly, and gives lips a light pink shine which doesn’t turn into clear gloss once applied. It has a doe foot applicator which spreads the product evenly and smoothly.

Don’t expect it to last for hours,  as it won’t. I do need to reapply after eating but it’s so cheap and easy to wear, that I really don’t mind. I love that it’s not overly sticky either. I have lipglosses that almost cement your lips together but this feels so light sometimes I forget I’m even wearing it.

Best of all? It only costs a fiver. I own a lot of high end make up, but I’m never one to turn my nose up at a bargain. What are your fave high street buys?
