I popped into my local Superdrug before closing time and snapped up the latest Sleek e/s palette – Safari. There were only 3 left so I’m glad I diverted my journey home.
GOSH have their 3 for 2 offer on again so I picked up Lip Jam (103), Extreme Art waterproof Eye Liner in black (007) and a lipgloss in a cute fleshy pinky nude shade (004). I’ve been patiently waiting for the next GOSH 3 for 2 offer to get the lip jam and liner so am pleased it’s come around so quickly again, as the last one was a few weeks ago when I got my Style Warriors stuff.

Sleek Safari palette
I like that none of my Sleek palettes are the same. They’re so versatile. I’m really liking the 4th shade in the top row and the 1st and last 4 in the 2nd. I’ll have fun playing with it in a few days time.
I’m really annoyed that every time I go into Superdrug, the Velvet Touch and Twist Up liner pencils have been opened and almost all have been used as bloody testers!! I saw the most gorgeous shade called Sparkling Gold but all 4 which were left had been opened and used as testers and of course when I asked staff if there were any more stocked in the drawers beneath the display, I got the “Sorry, we only have what’s out” line.
Sparkling Gold is sooooo pretty!! I really, really want it!! It’s a lovely beautiful shimmery gold with flecks of glitter which will look gorgeous on black and tanned skins. I’ve gotta hunt this down now at other Superdrug branches.
As you know (or maybe not) MAC Colour Craft is out in the UK on Monday and I’ll be buying a few bits from it but after that I’ll be pretty much done on the hauling front for a while. I tried (and failed) to enforce a full make up buying ban, though I swear I’ve actually only bought about 5 items since I started so that’s not too bad. I need to sort out my storage as my Beauty box and acrylic drawers are heaving and I hate rummaging for stuff.
I need to concentrate on my wardrobe as it’s dawned on me that erm ..I have no clothes! Seriously, I was going through my wardrobes thinking “What the hell?!” I have shoes a plenty and an endless supply of coats and jackets and the rest is a joke! I had another clearout on Ebay last week so I’m ready to restock! The bestie and I are off to either Bluewater or Westfield for some serious retail therapy next week – bring it!
I also appear to have had done something to my left eye. I noticed while pouting in the mirror in Superdrug that it had gone red – it had been fine 20 mins earlier!! It’s still red 6 hours later and despite rinsing it and holding a wet muslin cloth to it it doesn’t seem to be healing up. It doesn’t itch or hurt at all so I’m baffled as to what’s caused the redness. Not impressed.
Finally on a brighter note, my boyf has found his way to the post office and sent me the NYX and MAC orders I placed that didn’t arrive before I flew home in April so I have that box of treats to look forward to – yaaaaaaaay! He’s also sent the lipstick holders that I bought last week *big grin*

omg. your sleek hauls are really making me jealous! Those palettes look amazing. Seriosuly Yinka being the ebayer that you are you should snatch em all up and post them for sale! I would buy!!

You have a very good boyfriend!I love the stuff you got and can sympathise with the whole used products in shops…I hate it when people just test any of them and ruin the ones that people want to buy!I also need to stock up on clothes…going top Ireland at the end of the month and they have amzing shops there…loads of little exclusive boutiques!
@ Michelle – My eye's a little less red today. I don't think it was the e/s cos it was just the left eye affected, not both. I think Sleek will be shipping to Canada when their online shopping site goes live. Ask them on Twitter.
@ Sara – There's a seller on Ebay selling some at the moment. They're not THAT much over RRP either. I really REALLY bad for getting to the post office and sending stuff off otherwise I'd do it – lol

Ive had a look at the CC collection and it looks lush..im going away in 2 weeks so if its at the duty free I will be tearing the Mac counter UP UP UP AND AWAY!

I made sure got my Safari Palette. Sleek upped their game in a big way.
Superdrug have their 3for2 on Gosh again and I just do not know what is worth buying.
Sleek need to go on 3 for 2 again, I'm such a dum dum that I missed it last time but I would seriously stock up on their palettes.
I am so buying Safari this weekend!
